Austin’s lack of affordable housing has a direct impact on housing instability and homelessness, which has risen 5% each of the last three years. Elected officials, government agencies, and community organizations are working together to ensure that everyone can afford a home that meets their needs.

On May 31, Integral Care concluded its first COCObundle campaign, which will provide household essentials to every future resident of Terrace at Springs. Thanks to our donors, each resident will receive a bundle of household items, including linens, cookware, and utensils, on move-in day to make their new apartments feel like home.   We are truly grateful to everyone who supported our campaign, whether you spread the word or purchased a bundle for all our residents.

In partnership with organizations like Integral Care, the city is working to develop long-term solutions to homelessness. Read more
